In 2022, maternal mortality (MMR) in Central Sulawesi reached 67 cases, while infant mortality (IMR) stood at 308 cases. In 2023, these numbers increased to 60 cases for MMR and 417 cases for IMR. WhatsApp, with 83% of users in Indonesia, was utilized in this study as a communication medium to educate pregnant, laboring, and postpartum women through teleconsultation, providing information, motivation, and solutions related to discomforts experienced during these periods. This descriptive study employed a case study approach, examining the discomforts experienced by women from pregnancy through postpartum. The study was conducted at Puskesmas Dolo, Sigi Regency, from March 14 to May 30, 2024, with the subject being Mrs. "W," who was 33 weeks pregnant. During pregnancy, the subject experienced complaints such as frequent urination, back pain, and moderate anemia with an Hb level of 8.6 g/dl, which was managed through a diet rich in iron and Fe tablets, resulting in an Hb increase to 11.6 g/dl. During labor, the subject experienced abdominal pain, a strong urge to push, and pain at the perineal suture site. In the postpartum period, the subject reported lower abdominal pain and pain at the suture site. These complaints were physiological in nature. Through WhatsApp, the researcher provided IEC (Information, Education, and Communication) tailored to the subject's complaints and needs during pregnancy, labor, and postpartum. WhatsApp proved effective as a teleconsultation medium for educating women about the discomforts experienced, even when not conducted directly at healthcare facilities.
