Abstractand Umrah travel services in Indonesia, faces challenges related to cross-division coordination, progress monitoring, and accurate real-time reporting. This community service research aims to enhance organizational capacity through the implementation of Agile-based project management software, namely Jira, to improve team productivity and project accountability. The implementation method includes identifying organizational needs, staff training, Jira module deployment (backlog, sprint, workflow, reporting), and evaluation based on Key Performance Indicators (KPI). The results show a 35% increase in team communication efficiency, a 28% acceleration in task completion, and up to 90% accuracy in project reporting. Additionally, there is an improvement in work culture towards a transparency-driven and data-driven decision-making pattern. These results confirm that the application of Jira is not merely a technology adoption, but a business process transformation towards modern, accountable, and results-oriented project governance. The implications of this community service contribute significantly to strengthening the competitiveness of Hajj-Umrah service companies and can be replicated in other tourism service sectors facing similar challenges.
